CANCELLATION POLICY
HEALTH & RESCHEDULING Masks are optional. If you have a fever, cough, sneeze, body aches, or any cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule. DEPOSITS Bookings require a valid credit or debit card on file. The booking fee is 25% of services under $200 booked and is credited toward your service. REMAINING BALANCE Payments can be made after services are in the form of a debit/credit card with card fee of 2.5%, cash, or Zelle. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Please reschedule/ cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment. Only 1 reschedule will be allowed within 1 week of the original appointment. DEPOSITS No Call/ No Shows and cancellations under the 48 hour window will be accessed 50% of the remaining balance. LATE POLICY Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before your appointed time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled the remaining balance will be accessed. MEDIA RELEASE By booking with Reminisce Spa & Essentials LLC, you agree to the possibility of being photo/ video graphed for marketing and educational purposes. To be included, but not limited to social media outlets, website, flyer, etc. SERVICES All services/ sales are final. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact me within 24-48 hours. Fees are non- refundable & non-transferable. GUEST For the safety of the client and estheticians, no extra guest will be permitted into the treatment area. NO CHILDREN are allowed unless being serviced.
